Expanding Your Horizons is a conference designed to heighten the awareness of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade young women to the importance of adequate math and science preparation.
Our Goals
- Encourage girls to take higher level math in order to keep all of their options open.
- Use positive mentors and role models to show that anything is possible for these young women.
- Through participation in hands-on workshops, participants will be introduced to applications in math, science, and technology for traditional and non-traditional careers.
