Oct 23, 1816 Benjamin Boone Sr., of Bloom township, Columbia Co., PA to Samuel Boone and Benjamin Boone “sons of the above named Benjamin Boone” of the same place as tenents in common for £2000 land and plantation in Bloom township adjoining Jacob Miller, John Kennedy, Henderson & Achenbach, Samuel Webb Jr. and the Susquehanna containing 307 acres. Land originally patented to Feb 24, 1772 to John Nesbitt Maxwell and conveyed Mar 25 1783 to Daniel Rees and by Rees conveyed Jun 3, 1784 to Benjamin Boone as recorded in Northumberland county deed book B, page 475.
