1969 Mustang Tail Lights EXCELLENT condition Low BIN

Description - Please read carefully: These are just about the nicest used tail light assemblies you'll EVER see! They're from a California car, the housings have no rust or dents to speak of, and the lenses are in really nice shape. The rubber seals are still soft, and are not broken or cracked. I was gonna use these on my Mach I but since she's just a drag racer I decided to use some crummier ones instead. There is only one small condition issue with the lenses that prevents me from characterizing them as perfect. Both lenses have two small cracks near where they mount to the housing that are hidden by the rubber gasket and not visible when the parts are mounted on the car. In fact, I had to remove them in order to photograph them; the photos are shown below. These are perfect for anything from a rebuilder to a concours restoration. Condition Issues: These photos show the cracks in the lenses that I referred to in my description. They are between one and 1 1/4 inches long and extend from the base where the lens mounts to the housing. They do not extend into the visible area and, in fact, are completely hidden when the gaskets are installed and when the parts are mounted to the car. |
