S.B.S.L.-R.R.: Sagebrush Shortline Railroad

The SBSLRR is a privately owned 7 ½ gage railroad located in Ridgecrest, California. [Note: Ridgecrest is located in the Mojave Desert about 3 hours North of Los Angeles / Orange County and about 1 hour West of Death Valley National Park (see track location map).] A Spring meet and Fall Meet are held each year (see schedule and events). The meets are open to the SBSLRR Tie Owners and their invited guests. Contact George Pruitt (see contact SBSLRR) if you are interested in attending one of our meets. Each new visitor is required to complete a liability release ( see Liability Release) before operating on the track.

Schedule of Events

Sagebrush Short Line Railroad (SBSLRR) is a privately owned railroad and visitors are encouraged to attend our events. Call in advance, as these events are by invitation only. All visitors and guests are required to complete and sign our Release of Liability form before operating equipment at the SBSLRR.
