From Central and Western Los Angeles Area
Take State Highway 14 north through Lancaster and Mojave to the
turn east (right) on State Highway 178 toward Ridgecrest. Continue
east on SR 178 through Inyokern and Ridgecrest and continue on SR 178 to
Trona. See California map below.
From Victorville, San Bernardino, Orange County and San Diego
Areas
Take Interstate 15 north through San Bernardino and over Cajon Pass
to the turn north on State Highway 395. Continue north on highway
395 through Adelanto, Kramer Corners, and on to Red Mountain. About
1 mile past Red Mountain turn north (right) at the sign to Trona.
Follow this road until it ends at the Trona-Ridgecrest Road where you turn
east (right again) and follow this road to Trona. See

From Las Vegas Area, Needles Area and Areas Further East
Take Interstate 15 from Las Vegas west to Barstow (Interstate 40
west from Needles to Barstow). At Barstow take State Highway 58 west
to Kramer Corners where you turn right on State Highway 395. Take
highway 395 north to Red Mountain and about 1 mile past Red Mountain turn
north (right) at the sign to Trona. Follow this road until it ends
at the Trona-Ridgecrest Road where you turn east (right again) and follow
this road to Trona. See California map

From Bakersfield, Central and Northern California, Oregon and
Washington
Take Interstate 5 south to Bakersfield. From Bakersfield take
State Highway 58 east to Mojave. In Mojave turn north (left) on State
Route 14 and take this north to the turn east (right) on State Highway
178 toward Ridgecrest. Continue east on SR 178 through Inyokern and
Ridgecrest and continue on SR 178 to Trona. See

From Lone Pine, Bishop and Northeastern Nevada
Take State Highway 395 south past the junction with State Highway
14 (a left off ramp) to the turnoff to Ridgecrest on State Highway 178
(this is a right off ramp). Take SR 178 east through Ridgecrest and
continue on SR 178 to Trona. See California
