ALL European Exclusives have been retired with the following newer exceptions: Elaine, Jimmy, Jonny, Phil, Nelson, Shakespeare, Richard (new), King Henry, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria, British Boy and Girl, and You Are An Inspiration.
